Extremely Unprofessional ? Course Canceled 30 Minutes Before Start I?m very disappointed with how the Traffic Management course was handled. The session was canceled just 30 minutes before it was due to start, leaving me with no time to adjust my schedules or make other plans. I traveled 550km from regional Victoria for this course and i booked my accommodation and paid for fuel had already traveled to the venue and made arrangements to attend, so this last-minute notice class got canceled completely unacceptable. When send emails to management for refund and compensation they don?t respond back my email at all and 2 days later when i contacted the office they put me through his manager Jonathon Ainscough he is Arrogant guy and refused compensation for accommodation and fuel his answer you can claim all of them on your tax that?s not good answer I?m self employed I took a day of for this training and lost my revenue. And I confirmed my other friends their training has been canceled last month as well when they don?t have enough students to run class they canceled the class at last minutes with same excuses trainer got sick . This level of poor communication and lack of organization is unprofessional and shows little regard for participants? time or commitment. I expected a higher standard from a training provider in this field. I hope they take this feedback seriously and improve how they manage future courses.

Ease of booking a course, just enough information prior to the class date to get prepared, online class was very straight forward, instructor was knowledgeable and took her time to ensure everyone understood. Certificates emailed instantly!! And pricing was very competitive. I?ll be booking my additional certificates here.

I'm so impressed with the Food Safety Handler (FSH) course at Short Course Australia! Dean's teaching style is engaging, informative, and easy to follow. Yesterday I took the White Card certification course. My teacher was Catherine. The reason for this email is because I would like to file a complaint with her and, if possible, receive at least half of my money back. I didn't have a good experience. When it came time to take the final exam, she kicked me out of the class simply because I didn't understand what she was saying when I finished the class. I find this discriminatory. At no point during the class did I feel comfortable with her because of her personality. A classmate didn't have page 17, and when she mentioned the situation to the teacher, she responded, "You don't know page 17, go to page 17." What kind of answers are those from a teacher, especially when you're still paying for a course that should at least be more professional and empathetic. Before starting the final exam, she said in front of everyone, "If I don't want you to pass the course, you won't pass." What trust can I have in a teacher like that?  Aren't they supposed to teach more even though they know that not all students or assistants have English as their first language? Also, before starting the class, she told me not to slow down because she doesn't care and that's her way of being: she speaks quickly. I truly didn't feel confident at any point. When it was time to hand in the final test, she asked us to fill out the information she told us to do. I didn't complete everything because I didn't understand what she was saying (she also said not to ask her to repeat it). She checked "the activity" and saw that I hadn't completed everything. She just took my test and told me to "study harder," with no option to repeat or any other explanation. I don't know if this is part of her policy or her values, but it seems very rude and unprofessional on her part. This isn't the first time I've taken a certification course, and I've never felt this way, much less with a teacher as tyrannical as Catherine. I left the room with no information about anything. I'd like my refund, or at least half of it.  I've wasted my day and I don't want to lose my money.

Hi, I want to share my review regarding my experience with espresso barista trainer. My trainer is Remy, his way of teaching is very good. He teaches everything very politely and clearly give instructions how to make perfect coffee. I also suggest to my friends to visit there who wants to become barista. Graham came across as arrogant and should get off his moral high horse. He spent far too long going over basic RCG content and rushed through the actual Advanced RCG material. He claimed only those who took his RCG course were correct and repeatedly called others incompetent, even though it was clear people were uncomfortable speaking up due to his behaviour . He also took multiple personal breaks, spoke constantly about himself and how he would change the coursework and made constant, unprofessional jokes toward one young girl. The session was poorly run, unprofessional, and absolutely not worth $250 and DEFINITELY not worth tipping him as he suggested we should at the end!
