Very disappointing experience with SCA! Avoid! Booked the RSA course for a Sunday morning in Melbourne CBD and when I, along with two others doing the course, arrived on time at 09:30 (as stated in the email) the doors were locked. I tried contacting them but was not able to reach them and therefore not able to do the course. After speaking with customer service two times I'm still not sure know why the course did not happen. I was told that the course actually started at 12 which I got the impression customer service just made up on the spot. If it is true then I have no idea how I or the two others booked on to the course were supposed to know this as nowhere did it mention this!

I completed my Food Safety Supervisor training with Dean today, and I couldn?t recommend him more highly. He was incredibly knowledgeable, clear, and engaging throughout the entire session. What really stood out was his ability to explain complex information in a way that was easy to understand for everyone in the room. We all came from different backgrounds and levels of experience, but Dean made sure no one felt left behind. He encouraged questions, created an inclusive atmosphere, and kept the day interactive and enjoyable. On top of that, he has a great sense of humour which made what could have been a very long and heavy day feel fun and relaxed.
