Ease of booking a course, just enough information prior to the class date to get prepared, online class was very straight forward, instructor was knowledgeable and took her time to ensure everyone understood. Certificates emailed instantly!! And pricing was very competitive. I?ll be booking my additional certificates here.

He teaches everything very politely and clearly give instructions how to make perfect coffee. I also suggest to my friends to visit there who wants to become barista. Had big daz as my trainer for my TC1 and TM1(traffic control) over the last 3 days! This bloke was super professional and took pride in training us to be prepared for the job, absolute bloody legend and I would recommend him and the business to anyone wanting to get the course done!

Kaite the instructor was engaging and so lovely. Even thought the RSA course was 6 hours long, it wasn't boring at all and the time flew by. Couldn't recommend this company or their amazing staff more!
