I completed my Food Safety Supervisor training with Dean today, and I couldn?t recommend him more highly. He was incredibly knowledgeable, clear, and engaging throughout the entire session. What really stood out was his ability to explain complex information in a way that was easy to understand for everyone in the room. We all came from different backgrounds and levels of experience, but Dean made sure no one felt left behind. He encouraged questions, created an inclusive atmosphere, and kept the day interactive and enjoyable. On top of that, he has a great sense of humour which made what could have been a very long and heavy day feel fun and relaxed.![]()
